Low Shrink Films for Labels and Digital Imaging

Do you need a lower shrinkage film without the significant cost of expensive off-line processing?  Thanks to novel proprietary technology DTF has recently introduced a range of films for label facestock and digital imaging offering significantly better performance than standard grades.  With machine direction shrinkage around 0.5% (150 C for 30 mins) they offer a cost effective intermediate step to a fully stabilised option.

Key benefits include better print registration, improved flatness when printed at high temperatures and less adhesive bleed around the label when it is used in high temperature environments.  Initial grades in the range are 339LS (white) and 406LS (clear handleable) at thicknesses between 36 and 125µ.
